Meet Nir,
He is the guy who get down to the wire. To the depth of the craft and to the heart of the art.
Nir owns a wide and unique skill set in the Virtual Reality/360 Video craft. His passion for the medium has pushed him to expand his knowledge and skill. Today he is one of the leading VR directors in Hollywood.
After working in TV development for several years as an editor, Nir decided to shift his focus to Virtual Reality production. Very quickly, Nir found success in the field, started with supervising all post-production on a major 3D immersive project for Jaunt V.R (Disney) and Langley Productions (Cops), which is now one of the most viewed videos on Oculus TV (675K in 2022) . Following this project, Nir moved on to be the head of content for Making 360, where he directed various client projects, such as a drunk driving simulation for MADD (Canada). In 2018 he directed three 360 experiences for DreamworksTV and three 360 investigative video for Oxygen Network, which crossed the 1.6 Million views mark a week after posting (links below). He competed on Oculus Launchpad 2018 developing an interactive storytelling VR experience, which is now available in the store.
In 2020 he developed an online course on Spatial Sound Design with VRTL, which later led him to give a lecture at Cannes festival on VR Cinema. In 2020 he also worked for CreatorUp (The most successful VR tutorial channel on Youtube) as a VR consultant/ Post Production contractor. Working on Corporate clients like a VR hospital training experience for ‘Vituity’ and a VR experience for ‘Supima Cotton’ Visitor center.
In 2021 he also Released a VR feature film called “The Haunted Ride” which is starring on the most trending list on Oculus TV.
From 2021 till current, he has been working for STRIVR, directing VR Training for fortune 500 companies like Albertsons and Bank Of America.
These abilities make him a versatile and valuable resource when creating in the space.

In 2020, Nir have published an online course on spatial sound design (sound in 3D for VR) with the online academy VRTL. The course was built from Nir’s experience in the field, which is still very undeveloped. It comes to give the student all they need to know in order to understand the world of spatial sound and be able to work in the field on the must professional level. The space of the spatial sound introduced a whole new set of needs, which isn’t applicable by traditional media production work methods. Therefore, the course comes to teach a new mindset on set and give you a new rule book to create professional 3D sound.
